Steve Davis joined DW Simpson in 2007. Prior to that time, Steve worked as a teacher for the Institute of Reading Development. In addition to teaching all grade levels, he was involved in screening prospective teachers. During his tenure at DW Simpson, Steve has presented workshops on entering the actuarial field to hundreds of college students in the United States and Canada. He also frequently serves as a company representative at events for the Chinese Actuarial Club and IABA. Recently, he’s moved from the entry-level team to focus on recruiting more experienced actuaries. Steve graduated from the University of Missouri with honors and a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education. Outside of the office, Steve is an avid record collector, an amateur zymurgist, and a voracious reader. |
